Phase 1, Quintas do Lago, Mossoro nearing completion
Phase 1 of our housing development in Mossoro is
on target for completion by the end of July 2010.
The infrastructure, including the roads, paving areas
and perimeter wall are completed or very near completion
and finishing the leisure facilites including the
gym, club house and communal pool are the main focus.
The photos on the right show an aerial view of Phase
1, the completed paving and perimeter wall can clearly
be seen.
Once this is finshed and signed off by the city, hand
over to the clients will take place in a ceremony
planned for late August. Phase 1 plots will then have
been fully completed by TBK and construction of the
bespoke Phase 1 Villas can be started. Our target
is to sell and construct 50 villas out of the potential
313 plots over the remaining 4 year project life.

Fantastic Sales Figures for Livre Morada, Aracaju
development
The latest sales figures for the affordable
apartment project Livre Morada, that our development
company, TBK, is building in Aracaju report that the
apartments have been selling very fast, Livre Morada
has sold 271 out of the 304, representing 89% of the
project!

our affordable housing development in Aracaju, Vila
Poesia. This is being aired on local television. Please

Three quarters of apartments sold at Vila Poesia and
Livre Morada developments!
Since we last reported in February, sales of the
affordable housing projects Vila Poesia and Livre
Morada have now sold over three quarters in each development.
The Vila Poesia development has now sold 76 % of the
apartments, 137 out of the 180 available and Livre
Morada has sold 232 out of the 304, representing 76%
of the project.
Jardins de Mossoro has now sold 150 out of 424 plots
(35%).

New virtual images of Vila Poesia development
We received today new virtual images of Vila Poesia,
one of our developments in Aracaju whoch will be used
in promotional material. This development of 180 affordable
housing apartments, part of the Government of Brazils
'My house, My life' affordable housing programme,
will be in 5 blocks, with the apartments being of
either 2 or 3 bedrooms, 65 - 78m2. Facilities include:
outdoor swimming pool and recreational area, allocated
parking, security gate, gym, games room, and social
club. The images give an excellent idea of what the
finished product will look like. Please click on each

Fantastic Sales Figures for Phase 1, Quintas do Lago
and Phase 2, Jardins de Mossoro, of Mossoro Project
The latest sales figures report that 94% of Phase
1, Quintas do Lago has been sold, with 296 out of
313 plots purchased. Phase 2, Jardins de Mossoro has
sold 29% of the first release, 126 out of 424 units.

Trip to Brazil
This month saw members of the Aspiral International
team visit Brazil to meet up with the full TBK development
team of 95 employees. The team visited the Mossoro
housing development and inspected the work being carried
for Phases 1 & 2. The team were very impressed
with the whole project and everything is on schedule
for the Phase 1 competion by the end of July 2010.
The team also met up again with the mayor of Mossoro,
where the housing project progress was discussed.
The meeting was recorded by the local press and a
news bulletin was broadcast on the local TV news.
The Aracaju projects of Villa Poesia and Livre Morada
were also inspected with development partner Mattos
Engenharia. Preliminary site clearance and earth work
had already been started.

and Livre Morada, Aracaju developments
The latest sales figures for the affordable housing
project that our development company TBK is building
in conjuction with Mattos Engenharia reports that
the Vila Poesia development has now sold 60% of the
apartments , 108 out of 180 available and that the
Livre Morada has sold 118 out of the 304, representing
38% of the project.

Livre Morada, a new affordable housing project in
Aracaju, Northeast Brazil
Another new affordable housing project was launched
by the TBK team in Aracaju, Northeast Brazil in November
last year. Mattos Engenharia, our developer partner
on the Vila Poesia project, will be working with us
for this project.
The project is called Livre Morada (which means 'Free
Living' in English) and will provide 304 apartments
with 2 bedrooms with an average size of 48m².
The apartments will cost R$56- R$62,000 per unit.
